Calmer Days is a brand owned and operated by referred to hereunder as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our".  This Privacy Policy (hereafter “policy”) applies to the website (hereafter “the website”) operated by the Calmer Days brand.  


As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the website may save cookies on your device to track use of the website for the purposes of improving your experience. Additionally, we may use pixel tags (also known as clear gifs) to track some of the pages you visit on the website.

We process personally identifiable data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) “GDPR” based on consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is to offer one or more of our products, services, or promotions. 

By registering with the website, completing any forms on the website, or by checking or not unchecking co-registration boxes, you grant the Company the right to use the collected information for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, sharing such information among the Company’s other brands, for the purposes of emailing, SMS messaging, or physically mailing Company or any third party offers to you.   

To keep up to date with your requirements you may from time to time receive relevant information and reminders from us connected to any services you have requested from us. This complies with The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of 2003. If you would rather not receive these updates you may unsubscribe at any time.  

We may also use the information to fulfil prizes, track compliance with the applicable promotion rules, or for content improvement and feedback purposes. We may share the information within the Company, and we use it to introduce new retail or service brands to you, some of which may be joint ventures with other businesses. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including internet training and health supplements. 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit your personal information. Our websites are hosted on third-party secure servers and your data is held in secure systems. All sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Payment information is processed by our third-party providers (including Square and PayPal) on their respective secure platforms. We do not hold any payment information on our own platform or servers. 

The Company reserves the right to release current or past user information in the event we believe that the website is being or has been used in violation of any gambling or promotion rules, unlawful acts, when requested by a lawful body when subpoenaed, if the Company passes to new ownership, or if the Company deems it morally and ethically appropriate or necessary.  

By agreeing to these terms, you hereby consent to us disclosing any record or communication to any third party when the Company, in its sole discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate.  

We may share website usage information about the website visitors who have received targeted promotional campaigns with third-party advertisers ("Advertisers") on the website for the purpose of formatting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information used in reporting statistics.  

The Company reserves the right to provide aggregate or group data about our visitor demographics, usage, or characteristics for lawful purposes, without revealing any personally identifiable information.  

E-mail marketing 

By subscribing to the website, you agree to allow us to provide such data to third parties described above. We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email marketing subscriber lists and to send emails to our subscribers. ActiveCampaign is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. Users of the website may receive emails confirming their registration with the website, co-registration with Advertisers on the website, subsequent promotional marketing of products and services under the Company’s other brands, Company brand newsletters, or from third parties. To unsubscribe from our email list, please follow the unsubscribe link at the foot of all email messages sent.  

After unsubscribing, we may retain your information for a maximum period of 60 months unless you request us to erase it completely, or unless we are required to service your account under law or contract beyond that period. 

SMS Texts  

We may use your personal information to provide services you have requested by SMS text, including services that display customized content and advertising. You may opt-out and remove your SMS information from our database by replying "STOP" to the SMS text message received. If you remove your SMS information from our database, it will no longer be used by us for the purposes shown in ‘Use of personal information’ above.  

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis. 

We may use personal information to provide the services you have requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. We may also use personal information for auditing, research, and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We may share aggregated and group information with third parties. If we use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, then we shall require they comply with this policy and any other necessary to ensure its confidentiality and security. We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.  


Entities that advertise and/or place banner ads on the website, including, but not limited to Advertisers, are independent third parties and not affiliated in any way with the Company. The Company does not endorse, nor is the Company responsible for the accuracy of, or the Advertiser's compliance with, the Advertiser's own privacy policies and/or terms and conditions on the Advertiser’s own websites.  

Credit card information  

Your credit card information will be necessarily collected by the website to process payments for products and services purchased by you. The information will not be shared with any third parties other than our e-commerce partners for processing your transaction (and consumer credit agencies) for the purposes of completing the financial transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company, and our affiliates and/or subsidiaries reserve the right to share with third parties the existence of any credit card information held on file for specific users but will not share this information with third parties without the user's prior consent.
